Rules, Policies, & Forms RCSA Policies - - Weather - All games are played as scheduled. There are no make-up games at RCSA. - Refunds - Are not given under any circumstances for any program. ***If a league is canceled or postponed due to a lack of registrations, you will receive a refund or an RCSA credit due to the fact that there is not a league or program for you to participate in. The aforementioned cancellations and postponement related refunds do not refer to already scheduled games, leagues or events that are missed or canceled due to unforseen circumstances. - Conduct - Players, Coaches, and Fans are all expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manor with respect to those around them.
